The company operates on a systematic 5s managerial mode, i.e.,SEIRI,SEITON,SEISO, SEIKETSU and SHITSUKE. The production is properly organized as per the international criterions. Dayu is extensively implementing the ISO9001:2000 quality management system and has acquired the certification thereof. The products quality is controlled on each scenario of the production, reaching a state where the unqualified raw materials aren’t put into production and the unqualified products aren’t allowed to leave the factory. Each person on each level are held responsible for his/her respective work and the standards for each scenario of the production is established, which fully manifests the quality policy “meticulously providing the customers with qualified products and excellent service” and the dealing philosophy “ humanism and market orientation”.
